GETTING STARTED
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the form below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an approved RMA number.
EXCHANGES
New and unused items may be exchanged for a different variation (e.g., thread size or caliber) within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
Highland Canyon will cover shipping costs for approved exchanges.
Once the original item is received, it will be inspected before the exchange is processed. Replacement items typically ship within 5–7 business days* after the original item is received.
*Processing times may extend up to 15 business days during high-volume periods.
RETURNS
Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Eligible returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as Highland Canyon store credit.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Highland Canyon is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us using the information provided here.
Once verified, Highland Canyon will provide return instructions and cover all applicable shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days* of receipt.
Please note:
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider
- If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued
FINAL SALE
Items purchased from the Outlet store are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
