This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
Highland Canyon ships via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on the selected destination. All delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Additional charges may apply and will be calculated prior to shipment.
CALIFORNIA (AB-1263)
Highland Canyon does ship to California; however, additional compliance requirements apply. After the order is placed, our team will contact you via email to obtain any required documentation.
Orders shipping to California that do not follow this process may be delayed or canceled. Additional shipping fees may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping; however:
- Shipping fees will be applied at checkout
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with international shipments. Orders that do not correctly select international shipping may be canceled.
DELAYS
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date. Please note that once an order has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Highland Canyon is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Highland Canyon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional fees may apply to reroute or reship orders.
