In the event of a pricing or product listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust affected orders even if payment has been processed.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our posted Return & Warranty Policy.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration
By using this Site, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You agree that:
- You waive the right to a jury trial
- You waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration
- All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.
17. Informal Dispute Resolution

A 60-day informal resolution period is required before arbitration may begin.
18. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any permitted legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
19. Time Limit on Claims
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Highland Canyon regarding use of the Site.
