Description

Machined from 416R stainless steel, the SS Apollo Outer is designed to handle everything from competition use to sustained high rates of fire. Its compact profile makes it an excellent fit for smaller diameter and lightweight barrel setups, including pencil barrels.

The Apollo Outer is best suited for calibers with light to moderate recoil, while still remaining fully capable of taming larger calibers when needed. Strategically engineered body vents direct gas upward and rearward to effectively reduce felt recoil while drastically minimizing muzzle rise. An integrated top vent provides additional muzzle control for faster follow-up shots and improved shot-to-shot consistency.

The overall vent placement is also designed to minimize ground disturbance when shooting prone, while avoiding the sharp concussion profile commonly associated with traditional muzzle brakes. Available in both 1/2-28 and 5/8-24 thread options.
