The Cronus-sized brake features a larger outer body for a cleaner look on thicker barrels and is optimized for higher-recoil calibers like the .300 Win Mag.

Like all Highland Canyon muzzle brakes, the SS Cronus utilizes our patented two-piece design. The caliber-specific insert features radial baffles that redirect expanding gases into the outer body vents. These vents are machined at a rearward, upward angle to provide optimal recoil reduction while virtually eliminating muzzle rise—critical for faster follow-up shots, as it helps you keep your target in sight and spot your own impacts through the scope.

This design also significantly reduces felt recoil, improving shooter comfort and control during extended range sessions. The exhaust pattern further minimizes ground disturbance when shooting prone, helping reduce dust and debris that can obstruct your field of view.
